1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from puckhoundhockey.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province/state of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on this Site.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are made to order via our print-on-demand partners. Colors, print placement, and fabric texture may vary slightly from product photos due to the nature of garment-dyed fabric and printing processes.
  • Prices are listed in [USD/CAD] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging any corrected amount.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept [payment methods via Shopify Payments/etc.].
  • Because items are made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Shipping

  • Production and shipping times will be displayed at checkout and may vary by product and destination.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we accept returns/refunds only for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted, subject to the conditions outlined there.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, graphics, product names, and content on this Site (including the Puck Hound Hockey Co. name, mascot artwork, and slogans) are the property of Puck Hound Hockey Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
  • Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce or resell the design.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
  • Submit false information when placing an order

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puck Hound Hockey Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to damages from delayed shipping, product defects beyond our stated remedy, or unauthorized access to your account.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Puck Hound Hockey Co., its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
